Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance Operations -
Pharmacy Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Payment Reconciliation to ensure accurate accounting of
payments
Claims Reconciliation to verify that all claims are processed and
paid accurately
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Recon Plus and CPR+ within the
Pharmacy ERP system
Required Qualifications
2+ years of pharmacy insurance claims and reconciliation
experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience,
preferred
Ability to resolve complex reconciliation issues
Experience with AR Aging reconciliation and identifying issues
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial processes
