    • At least 2 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment
    • At least 1 year of experience working in TIME
    • You communicate effectively, both verbal and written
      A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
      • Experience noted above, OR

        • You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new implementation situation
        • You're proficient in the latest web technologies with working knowledge of various operating system
        • You have excellent analytical and time management skills
        • Proficient using Microsoft Office, FinancialForce,
        • You have highly-recognized professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, FPC, aPH
