Maintenance Manager Supervisor Blow Molding Injection Molding Plastic Molding Machinery _ .

Manufacturing operation involving blow molded bottles and injection molded caps and stands seeks experiences hands-on professional who can lead maintenance team of up to ten members.

Duties:

*** Coordinate the assignment of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, PLC and HMI installation, upgrade, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair and oversee the progress of project teams.

*** Continuously improve Preventative Maintenance programs.

*** Recommend and purchase machinery such as molding presses, extruders, dryers, blenders, mixers.

*** Manage team of maintenance technicians, mechanics, electricians, and engineers.

Required Qualifications:

*** 3+ years of supervisory experience as well as at least 3 years in an injection molding manufacturing operation.

*** Previous hands-on repair of plastic molding machines.

*** Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal communication.

*** Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire.
