Responsibilities:
--- Follow up with leads to increase sales
--- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs, and close the deal
--- "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Qualifications:
--- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
--- Strong communication skills
--- Pleasant and trustworthy
--- MS Office/Google familiarity
