  • Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers not accepted
  • Patient Population: Neonates to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Performing analytical procedures which regularly require a professional level of knowledge to execute, interpret, and/or analyze, especially those results which are abnormal or atypical.

  • Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere

  • Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
    • Job Requirements
    • Certification as a cytotechnologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or the International Association of Cytotechnologists (IAC).
    • State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
    • Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
      • Schedule Information
      • Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
      • Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
