Job Responsibilities

Advocacy is seeking a hardworking and dependable candidate just

depending on applicable state service.
The Case Worker II will be under general supervision provides
intensive high-fidelity Wraparound care coordination for families
with children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs;
provides Intensive Care Coordination and facilitates team meetings
in accordance with high-fidelity Wraparound principles. Adheres to
all agency Security, Privacy and HIPAA policies.
Direct supervision with a level of responsibility requiring the use
of good judgment and initiative to complete duties. Employee has
some independence related to carrying out the everyday activities
and duties of the position due to the frontline nature of the job.
Works directly with youth, families, and formal/informal service
providers.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services
or social services programs.

Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a human service or social sciences related
field and one year of experience with children with serious
emotional or behavioral health challenges. Bilingual applicants are
