Compensation:
- Base Pay Range:
o $14.80 - $23.32/hour, based on experience
o CERTIFIED $16.68 - $26.31/hour, based on experience
- Shift Differentials:
o Additional $1.25 per hour for Evening shift
o Additional $1.50 per hour for Weekend shift
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. Policy

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare, dispense, and distribute medications.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and
other pharmacy employees.
Provide on-the-job training to new personnel and assist in
evaluating the progress of new employees.
Receive prescriptions, complete data entry of prescription orders
in the pharmacy dispensing software, and adjudicate third-party
insurance claims.
Prepare and label prescriptions consistent with state and federal
labeling guidelines.
Conduct point-of-sale transactions that require proper cash
handling, offer patient counseling, and comply with all out-window
procedures for patient safety.
Answer telephones and handle calls that do not require the personal
attention of a pharmacist.
Deliver quality customer service in all interactions with
patients.
May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in
department documents.
Must apply prior to hire for Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern
licensure by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those

the job. This position is very active and may require ambulating,
remaining in a stationary position and positioning self to reach
and/or move objects above the shoulders and below the knees. The
employee may frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 lbs and
occasionally move objects up to 25 lbs. This role may also
routinely come into contact with patients who may have contagious
illnesses.
