As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health, I deliver essential nursing care in accordance with laws and agency guidelines, ensuring quality support for clients while adapting to their individual needs. I am responsible for creating a personalized plan of care, assessing client responses, and maintaining a safe and effective environment. With the flexibility to set my own schedule, I find fulfillment in enhancing my clients' health and quality of life through compassionate care at home.

  • Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
  • Assess client and implement a plan of care
  • Maintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkers
  • Evaluate client response to interventions
  • Perform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standards
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications
    • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
    • Current, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state(s) of practice
    • New grads welcome
