Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Travel RN Oncology to join the team at one of our esteemed client facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oncology, with a patient ratio of 1:6. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to oncology patients, administering chemotherapy, pain management, and supportive treatments. Monitor patient responses to treatment, manage side effects, and adjust care plans accordingly. Educate patients and families about cancer treatment options, side effects, and self-care techniques. Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and outcomes, adhering to healthcare regulations. Offer emotional support to patients and their families, providing resources and guidance throughout the treatment journey.
