of Coverage: 11-1-24 thru 12-31-24 with potential of coverage into
2025 Reason for Coverage: Expansion of coverage Practice Setting:
Hospital based, mostly bread and butter cases. Heavy GI, no hearts,
heads or OB required.Call Ratio: N/A Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 4, but more if GI.Number
of Operating Rooms: 26 Patient Age Demographic: Healthy Peds ENT
only, mostly adults Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases
ADULT, Ventilation Management Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60
days
