Under physician supervision, performs patient care duties in the
medical practice, provides for psychosocial needs of patients,
assists with patient teaching, administers medications, and
documents accordingly. - -JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluates condition of the patient and prioritizes data
collection according to the immediate physical/psychological
condition of the patient.
- Communicates collected data to other members of the healthcare
team, as necessary.
- Follows the plan of care and recommends changes to meet the
needs of the patient.
- Exhibits time management skills to prioritize care for
patients, and manages time efficiently.
- Demonstrates knowledge of patient rights and responsibilities.

Qualifications
Education Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training and Travel (if
applicable): -
- Graduate of an accredited LPN school.
- 1-3 years of healthcare experience.
- Current SC LPN license.
