Job Description:

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) with Sign-On Bonus We are seeking dedicated registered nurses to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and their families. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating care plans, and effectively communicating with the patient, their family, and the care team. Qualifications:

• A heart to serve patients and families with the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation.
