Job Description:

We're on a mission to expand and elevate our programs, and we need an innovative and energetic leader to help us get there. Not only will you oversee our Welcome Center, Membership, Youth Programming, and Wellness departments, but you'll also play a pivotal role in launching a capital campaign to build a full-service facility in the next 3-5 years.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two to three years supervisory experience.
Two to four years Family YMCA experience preferred.
Certification required within 45 days of hire: Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
