- Job Details
- The Nurse Manager acts as the operational head of a unit.
- The Nurse Manager has 24/7 responsibility for overseeing clinical care of patient cases.
- Nurse Managers oversee the work of registered nurses and provide leadership, education/training, and direct assistance on cases, as needed.
- Nurse Managers are also responsible for personnel and budget management and staffing of the unit and clinical care of patients.
  - Job Requirements
  - Minimum 2-3 years management experience?
  - Valid GA RN License?
  - Associates degree?
  - Doctoral Degree in Nursing? (preferred)
  - Oncology certification? (preferred)
  - Recent oncology experience?
