Job Description:
Job Description The successful candidate will work independently
and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive
and routine maintenance tasks. He/she will trouble shoot issues,
repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure
maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. Selected candidates
will also be involved with equipment installations and facility
maintenance. All tasks will be performed while supporting the
policies, goals, and objectives of the company.Required Education,
Experience, & Skills To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each primary duty and
responsibility satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are
representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or abilities

- Five (5) years maintenance experience in manufacturing
environment
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze electrical/mechanical
schematics, block diagrams, and flow charts
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills of electrical,
mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to identify and diagnose problems and implement
corrective action
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications and
other computer program
- Knowledge of company safety, OSHA and department policies and
procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
- Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills
- Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic
math functions including reading a tape measure
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to work from heights (Ladders, Aerial Lifts, Roofs,
etc)

Education, Experience, & Skills
- 2-year college degree in Industrial Maintenance or training in
a technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Multi-Craft experience
- PLC Experience a Plus
- Experience with CMMS
- CNC maintenance a Plus
- Strong leadership qualitiesPay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $57100 - $91400Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
