Job Description:
A company is looking for a College Finance Associate to guide
clients through the college funding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients on college funding, including federal, state,
private aid, and scholarship opportunities
Conduct individual counseling sessions on college payment and
student loan repayment
Manage time effectively to meet weekly goals and track work in an
online client portal
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Experience managing Student Financial Aid and institutional aid
programs, preferably at multiple colleges
Understanding of FSA regulations and student loan repayment
options
Extensive experience with clients, demonstrating excellent
listening skills
Ability to self-motivate and work independently to meet
deadlines
