Job Description:
Duties--- Provides procedural advice and expertise in assisting,
Commander, Deputy Commander Resource Management Officer, primary
and staff sections and or subordinate units in planning,
programming, budgeting and executing their annual funding
programs.--- Assist the Battalion, primary and staff sections and
or subordinated units in preparing annual and out year budget
estimates, program changes and unfinanced requirements.--- Process
various financial obligating documents (e.gDD Form 1610, DD Form
3953, DD Form 1556, DD Form 448 and 3058s) in General Fund
Enterprise Business Systems (GFESB-SA).--- Establishes and
maintains controls to ensure that accounting system output agrees
with accounting data input as taken from input
documentsRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Appointment may
be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined
by a completed background investigation.--- Two year
trial/probationary period may be required.--- In accordance with
Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and
Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis
screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and
periodically thereafter.--- Must be able to obtain and maintain a
Top Secret security clearance based on a TS (or equivalent level)
investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented
information (SCI).--- Temporary duty (TDY) travel may be required
15% or less of the time.--- All INSCOM employees may be subject to
extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to
perform mission essential functions as determined by

combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for
this position as long as the computed percentage of the
requirements is at least 100%To compute the percentage of the
